Olivia Heaton delivered an outstanding performance at the Northern Ireland Open weekend, held at the Devenish Complex in Belfast on 21–22 March 2026, competing across multiple WDF-ranked events and producing one of the most impressive weekends of her young career.
At just 17 years old, Olivia demonstrated exceptional talent, resilience, and composure as she took on both youth and senior competition. The highlight of the weekend came in the WDF World Ranked Gold Northern Ireland Open Girls event, where Olivia claimed the title to secure her first ever World Ranking tournament victory. She began strongly by winning her round robin group, topping Group A with two wins from two matches and an impressive 60.12 average. Carrying that form into the knockout stages, she defeated Faith Richardson 3–0 in the semi-final before producing a confident and controlled performance in the final to beat Amber O’Toole 4–2 and lift the title.
